The Community room• Our charming room with big bay window seating can be added to the Cafe to hold up to 15 guests

To accommodate over 25 guests, additional spaces must be reserved.
The Community Room + allows space for 15 additional guests, 40 total
The Patio + allows space for an additional 10 guests, 35 total

NOTE: These spaces are often available as overflow, the reservation and fee is
required if you want them reserved privately. With an entire rental of Coterie Lounge
The building will be closed to public.

You may bring in your own soft drinks and or Cake. No outside food allowed. We do have a local business we like to use and offer a discount if you go with them. If you’d like us to cater, plan on a 50% cake/catering deposit in addition to your $100 event deposit.
